Ms. Shruti Chandrashekhar Chavan is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai (2013) and has over 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions, including experience in SME listing on the NSE Emerge Platform. She previously served as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Bombay Metrics Supply Chain Limited. She joined the Company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from November 25, 2025.

Mr. Rakesh Shantilal Jagawat, born on September 24, 1979, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and has over 13 years of experience in the gold jewellery industry, with strong exposure to finance, accounts, and business operations. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 2, 2023.

Mr. Harpreet Singh Guleria, born on October 23, 1965, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is an accomplished business leader with over 35–40 years of diversified experience spanning the clothing export industry, international retail operations in the United States, and the Indian gold and jewellery sector. He began his career in the textile and apparel export segment, where he played a pioneering role in introducing jeans collaboration and export models from India to global markets, successfully collaborating with American partners to introduce new denim technologies and trends. During this period, he managed direct export operations to Worldmold and led large-scale textile initiatives, establishing strong global business networks.

He subsequently established and managed multiple retail businesses in the United States for more than a decade, gaining extensive exposure to international retail practices, supply-chain systems, customer behavior analytics, and cross-border trade management. He has also successfully executed major international business contracts, including a USD 25 million commercial engagement with Walmart USA, and contributed to expanding global market presence across India, the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, and Russia.

Upon returning to India, he transitioned into the gold and jewellery industry, where he has significantly contributed to strategic sales growth, business expansion, and organizational leadership. He is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Utssav CZ Gold Jewels Ltd., where he leads strategic growth initiatives, national market expansion, brand positioning, and operational excellence, while also supporting the execution of the Company’s IPO initiatives. His core areas of expertise include business strategy, international trade, revenue growth leadership, strategic partnerships, corporate governance, and large-scale business operations management.

Ms. Ishika Bansal, aged 27 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from MGSU, Bikaner, and is also a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more than six years of experience in secretarial and compliance functions. She was appointed as Additional Independent Director on December 6, 2023, and was subsequently appointed as Independent Director for a term of five years with effect from December 6, 2023, pursuant to the approval of members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 8, 2024. She is also associated with Hindustan Laboratories Limited in the capacity of Director.

Mr. Sunil Agarwal, aged 33 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant, qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has more than three years of experience in finance and accounting. He was appointed as Additional Independent Director on September 2, 2023, and was thereafter appointed as Independent Director for a term of five years with effect from September 2, 2023, pursuant to the approval of members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2023. He is also associated with ULLU Digital Limited and Kisan Mouldings Limited in the capacity of Director.

Mr. Hitesh J. Chhajed, aged 43 years, is a Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, marketing, sales, and quality control. He was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Director on April 10, 2008, and was subsequently designated as Non- Executive Director with effect from December 30, 2008. His present designation as Non- Executive Director was affirmed pursuant to the Board resolution dated March 11, 2024.

Mr. Shashank Bhawarlal Jagawat, born on May 16, 1985, is a Promoter and Whole-Time Director of the Company. He has more than 20 years of experience in gold jewellery manufacturing, production management, and business development. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation on November 6, 2007, and was appointed as Whole-Time Director on April 1, 2008. He was re-appointed for a further term pursuant to the approval of members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2023, he was re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from April 1, 2023. He is associated with Shanti Gold International Limited in a capacity of Director.

Mr. Pankajkumar H. Jagawat, born on November 21, 1973, is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. He has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing, wholesale trading, and marketing of jewellery, along with extensive expertise in managing overall business operations. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation on November 6, 2007, and was appointed as a director on the same date. He was subsequently appointed as Managing Director on April 1, 2008, and was re-appointed for a further term of five years with effect from April 1, 2023, pursuant to the approval of members at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2023. He is also associated with Shanti Gold International Limited and Uzuri Jewels Private Limited in the capacity of Director.
